My PT, Daniel, adapted each visit to challenge me without overwhelming me. I made excellent progress on my healing journey in his care."

"I worked with Jess Bautista for pelvic floor physical therapy. During our first session, Jess put me at ease with her knowledgeable and attentive care. She asked thoughtful questions about my work and physical activity to help her develop a care plan for me that included twice weekly in-person PT sessions and daily stretches to do at home. She gave me informational handouts and a print out of the exercises to do at home. She introduced me to a very early-to-use app that has all of the exercises. During every session we met, Jess checked in on my progress and how I was feeling between sessions. She asked about the stretches I was doing at home. She gave me breathing suggestions to help me relax and build strength in my core. She modified and added exercises as needed. I was pleased and surprised by the rapid results of physical therapy. Jess is caring and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy. The staff and other trainers are efficient and create a welcoming, friendly environment for clients with a variety of physical needs."

"Upon moving from this location to a physical therapy office not associated with Athletico, it became apparent that the Athletico model of customer service and care was severely lacking for my needs. For scheduling, insurance and payments, the "Patient Experience Coordinator" was unfriendly and abrupt, making interactions uncomfortable. I regularly worked with two physical therapists at this location for 1-2 sessions per week for more than 6 months. During each one-hour visit, I worked directly with the physical therapist for 30 minutes and was then turned over to a young trainee/student for exercises. The level of competence of the trainee varied widely. Some paid attention and offered clear direction and others handed out balls or bands and then walked off. After not progressing with my recovery, I left this Athletico and spent months under the care of physical therapists at a hospital affiliated office where the full 60-minute session is with the physical therapist only. The level of care and my recovery progress increased immediately."

"I have been going to this Athletico for years whenever I have an issue. It is fantastic. I can't say enough great things. Luke helped me with my TMJ. Max helped me with some back and shoulder issues. Jess helped me through two pregnancies with pelvic floor therapy and all the other issues that come up with pregnancy. The environment is great and I love that you get a full hour (sometimes more) of time to work on your issue. The PTs also do gentle adjustments, massage, or other hands on work to really help you heal quickly."
