"Sadly disappointed with the lack of service received. First appointment cancelled so surgeries from the day before could take place. At rescheduled appointment I am informed after waiting 35 minutes that the doctor will not be in and I will see the nurse practitioner and have to reschedule. Schedule the appointment and immediately reschedule same day but scheduling staff doesn't return my call and then texts 2 days later to offer appointments that are 4-5 weeks after doctor didn't show up for my scheduled appointment. No concern or attempt at rescheduling appointment as a priority due to doctor missing scheduled appointment. Hope that Dr. Singh is able to provide such excellent Top in field service at appointment with punctuality"
