Testimonials
"After having pain in my left foot for several years, without any relief from any other procedure, I now have experienced significant pain relief after only two (2) sessions at Neuragenex. Their technical procedures, outstanding staff, and their work lab settings are outstanding. They have my highest recommendation and my personal gratitude for a job very well done."
"I am very happy with the treatment I have received from Neuragenex. I am having feelings back in my legs and feet. The staff is super kind! Karrie and Tramaine are diligent in their love and care for all the patients ."
"I am very interested in the treatment plan for OA. Visited the New Lenox office and was told to have blood work done at a different location that I did. I was also given instructions to call Melody in the financial department to verify my medicare and insurance. No response or follow up after six days ,no one answering the phone or returning calls after leaving recorded messages. Follow up very poor. I don't recommend this location."
"I have hard veins to find, but after a few try's they got them. Everyone one was nice. It was my first day, I have a light headache, and a little back pain. I'm returning on Thursday for more treatment. At this point I'm hoping it works."
"This is actually Pam. In the 4 weeks I have been receiving treatment at Neuragenex, New Lenox, I have noticed significant improvement in my level of pain for peripheral neuropathy. I find that the "good" part of my day lasts much later, even into the early evening on a few occasions. I am encouraged by my results so far and look forward to seeing how the next few weeks of treatment will further benefit me!"
"Just the first work ip but it was great but be prepared to be there for al least 2 hours on the first visit"
"I have neuropathy in bottom feet ..ankles.. & toes ...I also have a pinched nerve in the lower lumbar of my spine which goes down my legs to my feet on the left side of my body...(had a CT abt a year or so ago that should this)..... The reason Im telling this is the machine they use with the current it seems to be working on my balance & feet it seem a bit better & my toes & ankles are not as tight & burning affecting balance and co-ordination & muscle weakness, especially in the bottom of feet.& both rlght & left ankles...When the machine is working & the only place I feel its uncomfortable in the side of my left leg & the pain remains there even after treatment. I need to talk to my Dr. at Lexon Clinic abt this will see him on Mon. 9-4-23"
