"This review is for the Orthopedic office at 100 Town Place in Jersey City, NJ. The ladies who work the front desk are VERY RUDE! They don't know how to treat patients. Ladies if you don't like your job, please leave as there are plenty of other people who are looking for work and would love to take your place!!! Learn how to treat people with kindness! Patients who go there are in pain and are looking for help not nasty attitude workers like you! Also, the wait time was horrible!"

"The doctor was great; he and his staff communicated clearly and completely. Explained the procedure and aftercare steps and provided clear directions."

"Extremely dysfunctional work flow. At least 1 hour wait or more every time because they have double booking. Make sure to have 2-3 hours for a simple follow up appointment even if you make early morning appointment."
