"This is one of the best physical therapy clinics I have ever been to. I tore my meniscus in my right knee and thought I would never be able to swim again. But everyone in the clinic was so nice and reassuring and Rachel had me do some quad isometrics, leg extensions, and hamstring curls. It has been 5 weeks since then and my knee feels brand new! I can finally swim again and do the things I did before. Hopefully I don't have to come back in the future, but if I do, I'll be returning here for sure."

"I was promised to be listened to and well taken care of, however, I was told today that what I requested (soft tissue work to remove post surgical knots) was "not medically necessary." As someone who has gone to a lot of PT, I know that's untrue for me to fully recover, Rachel. Also, I hear that more than enough from my insurance company and don't need to hear such things from someone that's supposed to be on my team. So yeah, you're fired. To everyone else, if you just need some simple recovery from a sprain or just some type of strengthening... this place will be perfect for you. If, however, you need something more extensive... I suggest you go somewhere else that will actually listen to you and customize your care plan to your needs (not what they think is necessary). They are not the patient and it would do well for them to remember their place."

"Greg Signorelli was absolutely amazing! He worked with me adjusting and developing an exercise plan that has me moving with far less pain after my knee replacement surgery. Greg listened to my concerns and asked questions that helped me explain the knee pain I was dealing with. I've been to other PT places like ATI and found that Rush Orthopedics is so much better as they spent dedicated and uninterrupted time in every session to work with me during the recovery phase. I am proof and proud believer that PT is essential to a complete recovery and to the return of my mobility. I continue to do it on my own and work hard.
