"Almost 70 yo, I was playing pickleball 4-5 times a week and I learned that my near 70 yo spine was not up to the task. The resultant sciatic nerve pain was excruciatingly, more pain than I had ever experienced. I quit P'ball for a month and began PT at the Ellicott City ATI.
