A special thank you to Nibedita Mandal (Nibby) for the incredible work on my rotator cuff and shoulder injury. From my very first day through three months of therapy, Nibby was consistently supportive and knowledgeable, helping me regain strength and mobility. She designed a fantastic at-home stretch and exercise program, and every session in the office was a perfect balance of pushing me to get stronger and providing the most comfortable massages I could imagine. Ashley was another standout, teaching me new exercises and offering her own unique approach to therapy. Whether it was Fernando, Josh, Jackie, Jacob, Patty, or anyone else, everyone was so pleasant to work with.
