"Every healthcare business in America should model their protocols after MSI - this is the first doctor's office you've ever loved. The front counter staff is absolutely delightful. Dr. Jim is nothing short of amazing. I've been suffering from back pain for 2 years and finally made the decision to do something about it. In about 10 minutes of moving my body in different manners, he determined what he thought to be the cause for my pain. After that, he took x-rays and wouldn't know you, it was exactly as he thought. He went right to work the the first round of adjustments. Nothing was painful at all, and he explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect. After each adjustment, he was careful to explain what happened, why I felt what I felt, and double checked everything was good. I felt very comfortable in his care and to prove this is the first doctor's office you've ever loved, I can't wait to go back for my second appointment!
