Testimonials

Charles Masters

"Dr Kimberley A. Anderson was so Rude and unconcerned. She was so unprofessional for a Dr arguing back and forth with me telling me I can go elsewhere, that was my first and my last visit. Receptionist made me an appointment for 3pm like I was going to have time to do blood work. I came there to sit and and get argued with by dr kimberley Embarrassing."

"I've been going to Dr. Anderson for at least five years now and I am pleased with the service. She always takes care of my testing for my annual physical and follow up on the results. She takes the time out to go over the results so you understand your medical profile regardless of you have an issue or not. The facility/complex is a little older, but other than that, I have no complaints."

"I was very impressed with Dr. Anderson, very professional she listened to me, she spoke nice and calm, the waiting was not that long, the front desk lady and (Yancy I think)were great. The office is very clean, has plenty parking lot, great location next to CVS Greenbelt. I'm definitely coming back Se ve buena persona la Doctora Anderson escucha con paciencia todo y es calmada, muy profesional todas las personas que trabajan en esa oficina."

"The worst experience in my entire life from a health care provider! The assistant was nice and helpful. However the Dr was everything but that. Im a new patient and went in for a sick visit, that turned into a physical. During my brief examination, I expressed concerns for a health issue and requested medication for treatment and was denied, then referred to see another physician. I explained the medication I had previously been subscribed had a horrible unbearable taste and that I prematurely concluded consuming the medication, not aware that the symptoms would return if I had not taken all of the medication. Dr.Anderson said numerous times rude and unpleasant that she had no reason to give me a prescription for the same medication that I said I didn't want. I corrected her at least three or more times for repeating something I never said to her. I explained to her that this is not the kind of service I expect to receive from my Dr. when I'm paying for these services. She rudely said she wasn't writing the prescription and walked away, leaving me standing in her office. No compassion or empathy for her patient whatsoever. That was so insensitive and cold hearted. Not to mention, she was more concerned with having the last word, she didn't even explain my follow up instructions and referrals. She sent me out of her office into the lobby and told me to wait for my paperwork there. I left the office with absolutely NO ANSWERS regarding my HEART, and a bunch of paperwork in line to be billed by three additional doctors! A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"I'm always on time for my appointments and always have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seen. Then I received attitude from Miss Anderson herself about me taking a phone call while I was sitting in the room waiting on her for 20 minutes! Everything seems rushed and unprofessional and I don't appreciate this kind of service. They're getting three stars because her receptionist and nurse are very nice. This office needs to work harder on making sure they honor the time that they schedule people to be here."

"Terrible Dr.... She watches tv and laughs at her patients all day. Either she doesn't believe I'm in severe pain despite documented evidence of spinal cord trauma and autoimmune disease, or she is entertained and pleased I'm in pain based on her smirk. She me come back for a follow up so she could read my test results to me and that's it- despite the fact that I'd known my test results for a week because they send them directly to you. And then she asked me questions and acted like I was a hysterical moron for responding honestly. I've settled for her bc I'm trying to get to the bottom of my diagnosis, but I'm not going back."

"DO NOT GO HERE. I normally don't write reviews but my appointment was so terrible that I need to let others know. I made an appointment for a yearly check up, I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paper work. I ended up waited close to an hour and 30 minutes when I was finally seen be a nurse (who was very nice) I waited for another 25 minutes to finally see Dr. Anderson. The doctor brought me into her office where she asked me a few questions but it truly seemed like I was a burden on her day. She was more interested with what was on her TV than what I had to say. I explained I have had an issue with my sinuses for close to 3 years she didn't even look in my nose and said I should take zertec more consistently and that Maryland is really bad for allergies. Even though I have only recently moved to Maryland. Within 10 minutes I was out of her office. All of my health concerns were brushed under the rug and I left incredibly frustrated. Come Nov. 1 I receive a bill saying I owe them over $200 for my appointment. I call the office confused since it was a general physical that is cover by my insurance and the office is in network. I was told by the receptionist that I was charged that amount because it was a new patient visit. When i told her I was there for a physical she said but you were a new patient. I was NEVER told that there was a difference in appointment, considering I barely received and sort of medical care to begin with. This whole ordeal has been a waste of time and money. If you go here you will be scammed."
