"Dr Tham is an exceptional doctor. very happy with him and the help i was receiving. The problems I was having prior to giving up with his office was that I was unable to get appointments with Tham. I was told I had to see his assistants even though he said to make sure I only saw him? He was scheduling a new course of action on my neck and said he was submitting it to my insurance for authorization and after waiting 6 weeks for a call I called the office, no one had any idea and said they would call back. that evening I received a call saying that it was turned down due to lack of information. I would need to make an appointment to answer questions. I tried to get them to ask the questions on the phone but I guess they really needed my copay? I work around the clock and when my phone rings I have to go. I tried 3 times to go there but had to keep rescheduling and I was 15 minutes late on the 3rd attempt, my fault. I explained to the lady at the office that I was only there to give information and could she just get the person who is working on my insurance company to let me know what question was needed for me to answer... 20 minutes later she asked me what was the injury that was being treated and what was the treatment for???? I told her to ask the doctor and I was leaving to have someone call me when they have question that I can answer. 2 days later they send me a bill for a missed appointment that I will never pay. What a messed up place."
