"DO NOT GO HERE! The worst "doctor's" office I've ever been to. I am reposting this review with an update because of how bad this clinic is. I have been a patient of this practice the last two years for custom orthotic insoles. Here's the problem: April 29, 2025: Ordered a new pair of orthotic insoles with Dr. Dawson as the old pair isn't supporting my feet anymore. He stated to me that the insoles would be in 4 to 5 weeks after our that day and that he would call me with any updates or as soon as they were in. This would be late May, early June according to him. July 29, 2025: Months had passed with no call from the Doctor's office. I called curious on where the insoles were but was told to "call back in 2 weeks." No one in the office knew a thing about it. August 15, 2025: Sent an email to the office. Nearly 4 months later. I have called the location 6-7 times since July 29th, only to be told my call will be returned later and have only been two times. Those two times, the person on the other end did not know what was going on. I keep following up with the practice and it seems no one knows what's happening, and that Dr. Dawson is never in office. August 20, 2025: I received an email from Kasey Vega, the Office Manager of Atlantic Sports Medicine. He told me that the insoles "should arrive sometime in the first week of September." I was also told by Kasey that Dr. Dawson knew the insoles were delayed and did not call me or try to communicate one time. August 22, 2025: I called the office hoping to speak to someone other than a receptionist directly. The office transferred me and I was disconnected twice. There is still no exact date on when I am getting my insoles and my feet hurt beyond repair I'm afraid. This practice is causing me immense pain. Kasey has been the only helpful person through this process. End of August, 2025: Insoles arrived and picked up. December 5th, 2025: I was given faulty insoles that shrank overtime. I reached out to the clinic and they said they would speak with Dr. Dawson about a warranty pair. February 17, 2026: 2 months and multiple emails later, I have not received a single response to my insoles shrinking. Note, I have only had the insoles since the last days of August, 2025. My feet are in serious pain which have caused by this practice neglecting me as a patient. Keep in mind, I have had these insoles for less than 6 months. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"
