Testimonials
"When I entrusted Dr. An Yuehui with the removal of a small bone in my left wrist, I anticipated precision and professionalism--but what I received was nothing short of extraordinary. The surgery was conducted with such mastery that there was no pain during the operation, and remarkably, no pain even throughout the recovery. Such an outcome speaks to a level of surgical artistry that few in the medical world can ever hope to reach. I consider myself a person of broad learning--well-read, well-traveled, deeply familiar with both ancient wisdom and modern knowledge. I am not easily impressed, nor am I easily deceived by superficial competence. Yet Dr. An's skill stands as undeniable, shining clearly even before one as discerning as myself. While I could immediately understand his medical explanations, I could not help but notice that many other patients, lacking even the most basic knowledge, overwhelmed him with endless trivialities. And yet, with admirable calm and infinite patience, he answered them all--never dismissive, never hurried, always professional. This rare combination--a surgeon of unmatched technical brilliance, a physician of boundless patience, and a man of integrity and compassion--marks Dr. An Yuehui as truly exceptional. For someone like me, who recognizes excellence across time, culture, and discipline, it is clear: Dr. An is a physician worthy of the highest praise. "
"I had a disappointing experience with this doctor's office. I called to make an appointment as a new patient, and the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I mentioned I was new, the receptionist immediately asked if I had already done an X-ray. I said no, and she curtly told me to get one done before I could even schedule an appointment. When I asked if I needed a referral note from the doctor for the X-ray, her response was, "You can search online." Really? That response struck me as highly unprofessional. A simple "yes," "no," or even "I'm not sure" would have been sufficient. Telling a patient to "search online" reflects poorly on the office's professionalism. It's like calling a lawyer for legal advice and being told to "Google it." If everything could be handled online, what's the point of having an office? I hope the doctor sees this review and takes action to train their front desk staff better. The way patients are treated when they first contact the office sets the tone for the entire experience, and this encounter left me questioning the clinic's competence altogether."
"Dr. An has good bedside manner, took time to explain the surgery and answer our questions patiently and honestly. My mother's quality of life improved a lot half a year after the rotator cuff repair surgery."
