"I am currently in Physical Therapy here. The therapists are great. I am being treated by Lauren & Emilia. I have multiple issues after reconstruction of right foot including bone on bone knee issues & foot mobility. With their help, I am able to climb stairs again. They are very patient and understanding. I would fully recommend them to anyone needing to build strength & mobility."

"Front desk staff isn't friendly or helpful. The wait time for doctors can be brutal but they are good at what they do. Make the front desk staff collect your copay!!!!! They don't sometimes and I promise you it will create a headache for you. Billing staff will charge you for copays when you have already paid them. Watch your bills. Happened to me twice and they do not make it easy to get it corrected."

"I would not recommend this location. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Jacob Wynes -- this was our first visit, and it left a terrible impression. As a parent bringing my child in to see a surgeon, I expected professionalism, but instead we were completely ignored. The provider walked past us while we stood by the door and never acknowledged us. No one updated us on the delay, respected our time, or offered any kind of courtesy. When we finally left and returned moments later to check if he was now available, we were told he was seeing another patient -- as if our time and presence didn't matter. First-time patients deserve better. Respect people's time and offer better communication and service -- especially when it involves children and their care."

"I had a smooth visit with Dr Meredith. Even though I saw a resident/med student first, I was still finished within an hour of my appointment time and most of that time was clinical. The facility is new and thoughtfully designed. I did have an appointment earlier in the morning so I can't say whether they stay on schedule the rest of the day. They have electric vehicle chargers for the most common plug type-only (forget the name) via semaconnect convenient to the clinic."

"I have been treated by this office for nearly four years, and through several surgeries, from even before they moved to this location. As such, everyone here knows me and my mother (who is also treated here), from the front desk staff, to the techs and assistants in the back. We are always greeted warmly and treated with care and attention. Yes, at times there is a wait to see the doctor, but to me it's worth it. I would rather have someone who takes the time needed with each patient, knowing I will have that same attention when it's my turn, than someone who rushes through and leaves me with questions and concerns for the sake of the clock. These are world-class physicians who love what they do. I would never consider going anywhere else."

"I began seeing Dr Meredith about two years ago. I was referred by my UM rheumatologist, and was completely wheel chair bound. Rheumatoid Arthritis had completely destroyed BOTH of my knees. I was finally heard by Dr Meredith and we began the road to double knee replacements. After meeting a few requirements we scheduled my first TKA in July 2022, and the other in October 2022. Dr Meredith stressed to me that I would require lots of Physical Therapy. Both of my survives went perfectly. Recover was tough but worth all the work! At this location they also have a wonderful PT department. I saw Alisa and her students (shout out to Nicole and Jared) and slowly but steadily I learned how to walk again. I have really gotten my life back. If it wasn't for all of my doctors at UM I would still be feeling horrible and stuck in a wheelchair. I am so grateful for the care and support I've received, you all really saved my life!"

"After much discouragement in lack of care at ER at Upper Chesapeake, Hope was restored in health care at this facility. I broke my sacrum. The hospital didn't diagnose me or treat me properly. Radiologist at Harford said no break. After CT scan at advanced radiology and connection with this practice I've received calls from several nurses telling me how to care for this break. Dr Koh pulled up the pictures and empathized with me and walked me through care, expectations, and has been very supportive. The environment of the building as well is welcoming, warm, and peaceful. I left there encouraged and lacking nothing."
