"Location very convenient. Plenty of parking. Public Transportation. Elevator is good! Not spooky! Great Hours. Open on Saturdays. My Mom is a new patient. First visit. Lobby area very clean, bright and spacious. Receptionist and Medical Assistants were very pleasant and friendly. Our Doctor, she was so attentive, had patience and did not rush us. We had a wonderful experience. I am very picky about my choices in doctors. I must say, 100% Mom and I were talking about the visit and future visits on our way home. "The appt. was a pleasant visit. However, the tech should have discussed the operations of the foot therapy machine - more in detail. I did not know the foot machine had started during the session, until it was over. I was told that I would be given foot instructions to follow up at home.. One of the receptionist was not well inform about faxing a letter to my Dr. to authorize shoes, after being told by the tech that it would be ok to fax the letter to my Dr."
