"5 stars because the place redeemed itself through Anna. I would have given this place a 3 star review based on my first two experiences. I had a full body massage and it wasn't great. The masseuse was good the first 30 minutes and completely lacked pressure and effort the rest of the time. Went back with my husband for a foot massage. The lady doing my nails kept on stepping away to answer phone calls. It took away time from my massage. I am providing this feedback in hopes that management will improve on the matter. Today I was desperate for a massage, booked last minute, and was given Anna upon requesting someone who can give hard pressure. Anna's massage was very good and she really listened to my requests. I have been to fancier spas where I felt every movement was calculated based on time booked. I really wanted someone who will listen and spend more time of problem areas. My back was really sore and she really gave it a good massage. I tell you, a lot of therapists do not listen and Anna listened very well. I'm very happy with her massage and came back feeling much better. I will be back for sure."
