"My overall experience was wonderful. The check-in process was smooth; I was seen in less than five minutes after checking in. The staff was awesome. Everyone was very sincere and polite, and I appreciate their exceptional service. I obtained all the necessary information to address my needs, and I would not hesitate to visit this location again in the future. "Dr Cohen excellent totally a professional told me the truth laid out my options was direct straight to the point explained everything in detail I highly respect him and I appreciate him his honesty is professionalism and is dignity in the way he treated me as a human being as a person and as a man. And he was straightforward with the truth and said these are your options told me the two options and gave me a reference if I decided which option I wanted to take and I respect a man highly. I wish they were more like him out there"

"I really wish my experience was as good as other people's. I drove 35 min for NOTHING as if my time doesn't matter. I arrived at the office 2:28pm. Go to front desk she tells me check in, they have my old maiden name so when I put my current name in they could not find me. The receptionist and I figure out the problem only for her to say ummm were a few minutes over the 15 min grace period so I have to see if you can still be seen(its 2:34). I say ok can you explain what happen bc technically I was here. She says yes as she is having a whole conversation with the person next to her about another patient. She then stands up and pushes her chair in only to stand there and continue the conversation with the person. I say ok im going to wait right here in hopes to rush her along. Now we are looking at 2:39....she comes back and says yeah he can't see you today sorry he is already running behind...i then call the manager while im in my car bc this is unacceptable and im told she will call me back...smh wasted afternoon all while being in pain. Would not come back"

"Love how quickly they were able to schedule an appt for my daughter who had just gotten a concussion. The doctor was very thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They stayed late to accommodate getting my daughter seen, which means the world. They took their time and even had her neck x-rayed to make sure there wasn't a fracture. Dr Dawson and his staff were so kind and friendly and the office was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend"

"I have been trying to get help for this shoulder/neck nerve issue for 6 months and have seen a number of doctors with various levels of dissatisfaction. Absolutely 0 dissatisfaction with this experience. Dr Karim and the other wonderful doctor, whom I cannot remember the name of sadly, made me feel heard, understood and helped me understand what was going on. I don't think I have felt in better hands in my experience with doctors than I did in my visit today. I drove 3 times as far as usual for this appointment and id do it again in a heartbeat for this level of care."

"He's ok so far redone my x-ray to get a positive response he examine my strength. Other doctor doesn't show much much concern they only stay 5 mins to talk then goodbye some doctor dont even touch to examine to see the situation some doctor they quick with the visit.Some doctors need to care more about the sick"

"I cannot say enough about the excellent treatment I received from MedStar Health. Dr.Gold is "PHENOMENAL"! No master when or where I mentioned his name, he was well known and respected. The Physical Therapy Team was "Awesome"! They were patient, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. I don't want to call names because I don't want to leave anyone out. This has been a very hard "journey" for me. I can honestly say the staff at MedStar Health made it a lot easier. Thanks to each and everyone of you for all that you do !"
