"Dr Lopez is very nice but she's difficult to get an appointment with and appointments keep getting cancelled and postponed. You cannot get right to the office staff when calling. It goes to a call center that doesn't give messages, confuses messages or doesn't give the correct information. I once waited 3 weeks for Dr Lopez or her staff to get in touch with. My Neurologist. Too often during office visits, that are set to see the doctor, you only get to see the PA. The PA is very nice, but when I had specific questions, they had to go ask the doctor, anyway. Finally. I had nerve surgery done by her and after 6 months of still being in constant pain, I went for a second opinion and the first thing the new doctor did was an MRI, which showed Dr Lopez's surgery was not done properly and now I have to go through another surgery to fix what Dr Lopez did not."

"I want to thank Dr. Nicole Lopez and her entire medical team in Belleville, NJ. I came to Dr. Lopez's office with a diagnosis of bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, which I had been suffering from for several years. I asked her to please schedule surgery as soon as possible because the pain had become very severe throughout the day, and especially at night while sleeping. She very professionally explained the procedure to me in detail and how my recovery would go. One week later, I had surgery on my left hand, and three weeks after that, on my right hand.
