Testimonials

Chomba Muwele

"It's been over a year since I began seeing Elisabeth, and oh what a transformative journey it has been! She is incredibly empathetic, attentive, listens carefully, and clearly knows her craft. Since working with her (also my first time trying acupuncture), I've noticed significant progress, and I can't praise her enough! I always leave each session feeling grateful I booked it. I 100000% recommend booking an appointment with Elisabeth if you haven't so already!"

Karin

"Liz has been so helpful, communicative, supportive, and compassionate. My symptoms and quality of life have dramatically improved since I started to see her for acupuncture and Chinese herbs treatments in June. I'm happy I found her practice."

"Elizabeth has been so responsive and helpful over the months I've seen her. I've struggled with digestive issues and stress and with herbs, acupuncture, cupping and other offerings I've been feeling much better. I now have a better grasp and understanding of my body and fewer issues. She's a great listener and cares to know how things are working for you so she can adjust as needed."

Colleen Mayer

"Liz is absolutely incredible! I came to her with a wide range of needs, and she not only addressed every single one of them but also ensured that they were prioritized and handled with the utmost care. Her attention to detail, combined with her ability to truly listen and understand my concerns, made all the difference. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I never once felt overlooked or rushed. Liz is the definition of professionalism and expertise. I genuinely can't recommend her enough--she is a true asset, and anyone who works with her is in great hands!"

Selena Evans

"Liz is an incredibly intuitive and compassionate practitioner with a kind and generous soul. She is engaging and thoughtful about my therapy objectives while also helping me shift my mindset to think more holistically about my health. Liz is truly exceptional - I feel very fortunate to have her as a partner in my health journey."

Christian O'Brien

"Liz from Integrative Mind/Body Medicine is the best! She truly cares and listens closely to what is bothering me/you. I've been working with her for 1.5+ years and couldn't be happier. Chinese medicine can sometimes feel daunting since most people don't grow up with it. Liz talks you through her treatment plan and what she's doing at any given time. She always makes sure you're comfortable and on the same page. She's a trustworthy practitioner with the highest of standards. I'm lucky to have found Liz and you will be too. Can't recommend Integrative Mind/Body Medicine highly enough."

Shannon Leftwich

"Liz is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She does a great job of tracking progress and results and trying different things until she finds what works. I would highly recommend her especially if you are new to acupuncture or alternative medicine as she will clearly explain how the treatments work."

Matt B

"Liz has been a great help in managing my several aches/pains/injuries. She started by really trying to understand my complete health history and what I was looking to accomplish. Then she offered a range of treatment options along with their associated timelines. Whether it was acupuncture, hot cupping or a Gua sha message, Liz laid out the plan of treatment, asked for my feedback and then executed impeccably. One example: I had been suffering from restless leg syndrome for several years and taking a prescription to deal with it. After two treatments with Liz the condition has disappeared, and I no longer need my medication. She has also helped with lower back and neck issues. If you are on the fence about trying acupuncture/Eastern medicine, give Liz a shot."
