He and his assistants listen well and Dr. Matarese is clearly an excellent diagnostician. I've seen more than one orthopedist in the past (for the same issue) and when it was difficult to diagnose or did not require surgery, they gave up. "The Doctor himself does a fantastic job. Knows what he's doing and communicates well. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He's a 5 star. My issue is with office staff/reception. When speaking with them on the phone it's like I'm training them. That may come across as mean and I've no problem explaining stuff. It's just they come across as lazy and careless. Maybe there's just nobody in charge of that particular section."
