"GOD BLESS PRINCETON I do not know why others have less stars.I love this place total peace, I have my Uncle is safe! Well taken care of. God Bless The NURSES, are awesome. STAFF SO AWESOME. This kind of work is special and lots of need. They always help out, make me understand. My Uncles manners are even better. ALSO THEY ARE NOT Allowed, TO SAY IF SOMEONE IS THERE OR NOT PER HIPA, LAW. PATIENT MUST INFORM STAFF, IT IS OK TO SAY."

"When I visited my aunt who recently passed RIP, Smokers outside the entry way, 2nd floor Senior care with them sitting allll day in the lunchroom soiled and pee under their chairs, not cleaned, just throw towels under the chair and on top off their pee like it's a work of art. Yuck. Staff not willing to Change your love ones. I wonder if they would want to be soiled all day while working. Residents left unattended who are fall risks, Residents appearance is terrible, nails long from nail to feet, face chapped, shoes or socks for some are never on. No set schedule, no activities only for show on the holidays. Lots of roaming in the hall especially men residents "same floor" as women. Not enough staff or security. So sad and a shame before GOD. Fake caring is DIABOLICAL."

"One of the worst nursing home in the city of the Chicago . staffing ,mice infestation, social worker extremely rude . The place smells like poop when you walk on into the residents floor. Understaffed. No one barely answer the phone at the front desk. This place is poorly ran . This place should be shut down. Edit . No one addresses or fix your concerns this place should investigated by the state . The nurses are no where to be found . The people that run the place are unprofessional and do not fix the issues . And refuse to . This place is about money and money only . I wish they would lose funding and close!!"

"A lady by the name of Deborah answered the phone claiming I had reached Princeton Nursing Home. The lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I first informed her I was trying to get in a contact with a client and gave her the name. She proceeded to say "We don't have any client here by that name" and immediately hung up. I called again to get her name and possibly speak to a manager but she again refused and hung up. Never even let me finish one sentence. Deborah needs to be fired."

"This place is a joke! They are INCREDIBLY rude IF you can get them on the phone. It usually takes about 10 calls before someone answers and they ALWAYS act like you are putting them out. They have even picked up and immediately hung up. My family is there for memory care. We got there and he hadn't been bathed in I don't know how long, there was dirt and food all over his room, his sheets were filthy, and they acted like I was putting them out when I asked he be bathed. He only gets clean clothes, a haircut, or a shave when I do it myself or demand it be done. When I was getting ready to move him, Christina hadn't even told the staff or gotten him ready. He was supposed to move on a Friday and Christina wouldn't answer the phone for me or the new facility to set up his move. If you love you're family never stay as far away from this place as possible. They treat the residents and families horribly. I'll be reporting them to the state. I'm not sure how they have managed to stay open this long but they should be shut down."

"HORRIBLE PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY. They are unprofessional, they are under staffed, might even have a high turnover rate, pest are not under control, the administrator Tammy is horrible doesn't even care for the residents, disrespectful, lack of knowledge when it comes to residents, my family member was there and he said he barely sees her as well as she told a worker she hates when a man cries referring to men who are residents in the facility. The room he was in was ran down to the ground and the things in the room like call light also bed functions didn't even work half the time we came. They have multiple lawsuits open. We've called IDPH because of neglect and many other reasons please do not bring your family here! People die here also every month or other so I've heard from my family! I would give this place a zero if I could!"

"This place should be closed!!!!!! While there are very few good apples..the overall place..again should be closed if the state isn't able to put measures in place for them to be rated at least at 3.0. The rating to majority of the Alden Princeton nursing facilities are rated as 1.0 of 5.0. Mentioning that you've been in business 45 years...has no relevance!!!! The issue is State doesn't hold nursing homes accountable and we as a people need to find out who will hold state accountable. This means we have failed and have allowed your not even mediocre service to remain open TOO LONG!!! The Administrator and DON does not walk the floor to make sure rooms are clean..nor does the head of housekeeping. I've personally seen the cleaning staff hanging around on their cell phones. There are no measurements in place to hold people accountable. I, myself, have cleaned my grandmother's room every time I visited which was at minimum three times per week; sometimes more days to notice where the trash had not been emptied because I saw the same items I put there a day before. The place is filled with cliques of not professional people and always EXTREMELY understaffed. How are people with certifications too ignorant to know infection?? And the sad part is this environment does not foster an environment of speaking up..again due to the cliques..how ignorant is this..risk someone's life to appease your own ego!!! THIS PLACE WOULD NOT RECEIVE ONE STAR!!! I've seen with my own eyes patients soiled with bowel movement for two hours!! Yes..two hours.. My grandmother was soiled for almost three hours because the sit to stand machine was down..again before sit to stand machines were invented..what was done to change a patient. I've witness the serving staff scratching her scalp while serving food. Something truly needs to be done. I could go on and on about the numerous things I've witnessed."
