"Dr. Koh's bedside manner was extremely uncaring and lacked empathy during my post-op experience with chronic pain. Rather than working with me to develop a comprehensive plan for managing my pain, including physical therapy to help me regain mobility, his sole focus was on opioids. It felt as though he was more concerned with DEA regulations than actually helping me find effective, alternative solutions. His rigid approach and lack of compassion made it difficult to feel supported, especially when I was putting in the effort to recover post-surgery. Additionally, his unprofessionalism in disregarding the exceptional care provided by Dr. Puri and his amazing orthopedic team was appalling. Despite being colleagues within the same hospital, Dr. Koh's dismissal of their efforts during my recovery left a negative impression. I expected better collaboration and support, especially from someone within the same medical community."
