"I was referred to Dr. Frazier by my attorney following a serious car accident that left me with multiple injuries. While the front desk staff and x-ray technicians were kind and professional, my experience with Dr. Frazier was profoundly disappointing. He was not only argumentative and rude but also displayed an overall lack of compassion and empathy for my situation. His condescending attitude made me feel as if my injuries were trivial or fabricated. The combination of his arrogance and poor bedside manner left me with a negative impression, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend him to anyone seeking care."

"One star for the front desk staff , no problems. Dr. Franchetti, orthopedic doctor. I have nothing positive to say about him. After waiting for 45 minutes his medical assistant called me to my room. I'm using crutches to get around because of an injured right knee. He finally made it to my room. He briefly read my new patient registration forms. He then asked me four questions back to back, not giving me the chance to answer. Very, very aggressively bending my right knee, while I'm screaming it hurts. After my screaming he then asked is it broken. During this time I'm still trying to explain to him how injured knee, when did happen and how it happened. I never was given the opportunity to discuss why I was there. I was in a car accident in which I injured my head, neck, back and knees. My physical therapist informed me that have a mild head concussion, neck and spine injuries. My PT referred me to the doctor. I was rushed through this appointment, less than 3 minutes my appointment was over. He walked out not saying one damn word to me. So, I asked him "is that it". No xrays taken or requested from the emergency room. But, he did say all that I needed was some injection I'm a diabetic, not able to have steroid and can I have a MRI. While walking swiftly out of room. Basically, I left the office the way I came into the office crying and in pain. He rushed and spoke very loud and aggressive. Mind you, he never gave me the opportunity to discuss why I was there. He offered me a brace but he didn't say why I needed it. If he would have read my records, he would have seen why no MRI! No need for medication, pain management doctor takes care of that. HE NEED TO ALLOW HIS PATIENTS TO EXPLAIN THE REASONS WHY WE ARE THERE AND LISTEN BY NOT CUTTING THEM OFF ."

"Timothy Frazier is the worst excuse for a doctor! He is very arrogant and sarcastic! No bedside manner whatsoever! He came in the room with a chip on his shoulder boasting that he's a surgeon. He didn't even examine me, he just continued to talk down at me as if I was making up the chronic pain that I have! Nothing about him was professional! He shouldn't even be a doctor let alone a surgeon!!! The entire appointment was a joke, we were arguing back and forth and he shot down everything I said. He had the nerve to insinuate that my pain was psychological!!! Isn't he SUPPOSED to be an orthopedic he's not a psychologist!!! When I asked to be referred to pain management he said I can send you to pain management if you're looking for narcotics!!! What professional doctor says that to their patients?! I can't even take narcotics!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS MAN!!! Choose another doctor!!!"

"I was sent here by my attorney. Each time I am on time for my appointment and they have me sitting for over an hour to be seen by the doctor. It's ridiculous and inconsiderate of peoples time. However, like any other doctor's office if you're late they're quick to cancel your appointment. Unacceptable! The last time I waited an hour and 10 minutes for them to tell me the doctor was still going to be at least another 30 mins. Smh. If y'all think someone is going to sit around for two hours, y'all are crazy!"

"If I could get it a 0 I would. They don't respect people time at all just disrespectful. My appointment was at 9 am however I still waiting to be seen by Dr Franchetti! Not until I saw one of the nurses was she able to communicate with his assistant who acting like we running a business. Yes so am I my only job is not to sit in this office and waste my day away. Only because my Lawyer is recommending this place am I here!!! They better do everything they supposed to do because I am not coming back."

"March 6th, 2024 Always waiting over an hour for the booked time of appointment. NEVER on time. Note: my appointment was for 10am on a Wednesday, with 3 other people in the lobby. It's 10:40 and they still haven't called any of us back. Atrocious practices. Was seen at 11:35. Doc spent 5 minutes going through old paperwork and wasn't sure why I was here today. Unbelievable. Waited until 11:55 for him to say that I'm good to go and he'll have them call me to follow up"

"The staff was welcoming when I signed in and helpful answering my questions. Dr. Salter listened to what I have going on and was able to evaluate the specific pain I am having. From start to finish this appointment was a good experience."
