"On January 13th, 2026, I received excellent medical care from Dr. Alexander Kiefer in the form of epidural injections for my severe lumbar stenosis. Although it is too early to tell whether the treatment will be effective long term, early indications are that the injections temporarily (a) reduced my lower back pain, (b) alleviated my left foot swelling and, (c) enables me to sit down and stand up with less pain. At earlier meetings, Dr. Kiefer provided useful medical information and clarified procedural guidelines.
