"The young lady in the front is horrible, terrible customer service. She's rude and arrogant like she owns the place. She comes across as very disrespectful with her attitude and language. All of this mess, and I haven't made it to the back yet. Ok, I had a 10:30 appointment. I was asked to come early to do paperwork. I arrived 15 minutes early. Complete my paperwork and give it back to the rude on in the middle window. I have a seat until 11:11. Another rude person this time, a male, takes me to a room. He asked me to change my shorts. I have on shorts that are shorter than the ones he gave me. So I asked, "Can I keep on my shorts? He said no, walked out, and closed the door. Now it's 11:38 I still haven't seen the Dr. I've NEVER SEEN ANY DR. OFFICE Like this. Total waste of time."

"It's no point of appointments being required if your still going have to wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment time, you could have a appointment at 8:30am you won't get in the back till 9-9:15am then you still gotta wait 10-15 minutes for the doctor. Another thing it's no reason people who come in after you get seen before you that's totally unacceptable, everybody should be seen in the order they come in or BY YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME! Having to come from Baltimore, MD to Owings Mills, MD just to wait a hour after appointment time for a 15 min visit is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE"

"There comes a point in your career when you should probably step away from practicing. It's when you don't take your patients complaints into consideration brushing them off like they are no big deal, terrible bedside manners, telling your patient they have to deal with the pain on their own and no one can help them but yourself. Literally felt like I was the bad guy for going to seek guidance for an injury I was experiencing new pains with. I can't speak for doctors liu or franschetti but doctor McGovern is one of the worst I have ever come across. Will not be going back again. Good luck!"

"Don't go!! Customer service is horrible. People pretend to be managers and other offices confirm "NO SHES NOT" my favorite convo. I asked pretenger about qualification I was banned from practice....yeah you not a manager Boo."

"If you're in need of care don't choose this practice . The providers spend 5 minutes with and charge you hundreds of dollars for nothing. The front desk staff is very unprofessional! I wouldn't even send my dog her for an X-ray ! Save yourself time and money !"

"Whatever you do, if you get a Dr. Fraizer. Change now, he's unprofessional a d very disrespectful. Other than him, everyone there is very professional and they give you a lot of courtesy and respect. Besides an arrogant doctor the office and employees were fantastic"
