Everyone is friendly and welcoming and you are treated as an individual, not just the next appointment. The therapy is individualized and if I start to experience pain the therapist modifies the treatment and does not become annoyed with me. "I am so grateful to Orthocare Physical Therapy, I don't know where to begin, so I'll start with where I was when I sought PT & dry needling last April (2025) for neck pain. With collapsed discs at C2/C3, I suffered from chronic to constant and intense neck pain for over a year, along with complications of a neuromuscular disability and multiple other osteoarthritis issues. Previous therapists & pain management doctors provided no relief, but the pain is now none or minimal, AND I can both tilt and turn my head with ease, which was previously impossible. From the beginning, Dr. Shruti Ambegaonkar took a wholistic and integrated approach to treating my neck problem while addressing my other related conditions. Dr. Shruti did my dry needling while Angela Skolnitsky provided expert physical therapy & massages (with magic hands!), creatively adapting exercises to accommodate my unique conditions. Each of the professional staff are expert, but Angela is best physical therapist I've ever had, and I've had a lot! The support staff is very agile at addressing special needs and situations with kindness, grace and flexibility. The entire staff has a wonderful sense of cheerfulness and a playful spirit that makes this the happiest health care provider ever! Surgery still looms in my future as the ultimate fix, but for now I have my purposeful life back, thanks to the extraordinary treatment I have received from Orthocare."

"I came here after my primary care doc said to try PT for my rib pain/possible costochondritis, and was not sure if I really needed therapy?! Angela took great care of me and quickly found several mobility issues that needed attention. I started noticing improvement quite quickly with the exercises Angela and Irene gave me. I only occasionally now have rib pain and when I do, I have exercises and stretches to help overcome the pain.
