"Went for a massage: they had only a towel to cover me. The therapist opened the sliding door which is direct open to the public lobby several times while I was face down naked on the table. At one point I even heard a client in the lobby talking to another therapist. That felt like a lack of consent and privacy because they never asked me if I was comfortable with being exposed(doesn't matter if there was a towel over me) - I was not comfortable with the door being opened over and over again while there was a direct line of sight to my bare back on this table. They could do a better job at having things like 1. Privacy and consent 2. Proper sheets and covering on the table for clients."

They were proactively attentive to my needs, made me feel comfortable, and applied the perfect amount of pressure. "I get massages here with Isabelle, and she is incredible! Her pressure is great and she utilized a variety of techniques and tools to give a thorough massage. The doctor is great at finding the areas that need to be adjusted and adjustments are always a huge relief. He also uses a variety of techniques like dry needling, TENS machine and infrared to loosen the muscles prior to adjustment. Every visit is incredibly relaxing and leaves me feeling pampered and tension-free. 10/10 recommend!"

They have different specialties like deep tissue massage, hot stone, relaxation, and extended 90min options which is fantastic as part of insurance coverage with his gentle adjustments and physical therapy. His red light therapy and acupuncture are fantastic relief for chronic issues, especially hips and upper back issues."

"I had an extremely pleasant experience here! I was dealing with a strain in my neck that wouldn't go away and purchased the 30 min massage, consultation and adjustments. The massage therapist, Kai, was very caring and attentive to where I asked to be massaged, asked about preferred pressure and genuinely wanted to do a great job. The doctor (didn't get his name, but I assume Dr. Jeon based on other reviews) assessed my back and neck and explained what likely caused the strain in great detail, something other chiropractors usually gloss over or rush through in my experience. I was given adjustments, some TENS therapy and acupuncture which gave me some great instant relief. Obviously the issue wasn't going to disappear immediately, but the doctor thoughtfully answered all of my questions about rehab and preventing future injuries like this. Like all chiropractors, he suggested more adjustments but wasn't pushy about it whatsoever. He even gave me the option to shoot him a text if I have any questions about the rehab and posture adjustments! Overall, a pretty amazing place with a calm atmosphere and very caring staff. I will absolutely be back again if I need additional care for this injury or this type of care in the future!"
