"I've been seeing Renee Keefer in Park Ridge since my back surgery and she's fantastic. The Elevate facility is really good - Clean,comfortable and quiet but with lots of different equipment- including a Pilates Reformer. I've seen many Physical Therapists at different companies over the years. This is by far the most attentive, intelligent approach I've ever experienced. With results. You get 100% of your full hour session with the physical therapist - no assistant or tech. Renee is so good at varying exercises and working every muscle group. The home exercise program is also good and easy to follow. The other therapists are also great. The sessions are easy to schedule on line or with very helpful Athena who can competently and professionally help with any administrative issues. I highly recommend Elevate."
