"I'm very satisfied with this location and its staff who demonstrate care and professionalism. The Therapist and her assistant are extremely supportive always onsite and available to assist you through any exercise. Each exercise is explained and the benefits of them are explained as well. You never feel pressured to do anything but they throughly walk you through any exercise which may arise as a challenge. Additionally it's never crowded or full of people, thereby ensuring that each individual has the attention of the therapist and their staff. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this location without any reservations."
"The woman on the front desk was absolutely horrible to me. I spent 30 mins scheduling the appointment with someone after the one I had "disappeared", then another 30 filling out all the paperwork, to arrive and be told I need a referral in addition to the discharge papers. She was super rude - I was never told I needed a referral and she went on and on about how every patient wld be told. Well, I wasnt. She could have told me without the attitude. How about some kindness for someone in a lot of pain."
