"Never been someplace so unprofessional and unhelpful. Some of the staff and residents were nice but as far as actual physical therapy and other services, they don't really do anything. They ended my program after one 20 min physical therapy session and four days. They didn't connect me with case managers and when asked to provide email to coordinate, the supervisor said they "don't do emails" and they "don't give emails to patients." They made me leave the facility at 11 at night after it snowed (p.s. I got hit by a car and had 4 surgeries so it's a big deal for me), I had to argue with them to get my personal belongings, they took mad documents and never returned them to me. I never received notices when decisions were made or when meetings were held regarding my case. The supervisor in 202 was the rudest person. She would refer to my name improperly. She was never there, I went four times throughout a week span, and she closed the door on me and argued through the door as if we couldn't have an adult conversation face to face. Honestly this was the worst experience to go through period since the accident, no one tried to help in administration, and places everything solely on me, as if getting around is easy for me. I ultimately got no case management, no physical therapy, no resources for out patient or coordination for after the program, they actually breached my privacy for when I was out of the building, and some of the staff were just awful. Can you imagine. You're injured and trying to heal from being hit by a machine at 40-60 mph and then after months of surgery, you have to argue with adults 5-30 years older than you, because you're priority is getting healed physically from an accident. And I still haven't received a single email. This place is the worst auto-injury rehab program I've ever seen. I'd give less stars but the bar doesn't go that far"

"This place is disgusting. I've been staying here for nearly 4 months now, and I've had bed bugs, centipedes crawling up my shower drain, and rodents. The non-housing staff are nice, but the main staff in the office are horrible. Rude, don't communicate about case updates/changes, lie, and they won't do their jobs unless you are constantly on top of them."
