"Today I decided to reset with a self care day and came across this Spa. I called because I had a very tight window of availability and I wanted to ensure I asked all my questions; and glad I did. I was met with the most positive and inviting customer service from Ali. She made scheduling my facial and massage happen even with my tight window. I was also greeted by name at check-in and ensured my massage was tailored specifically to my needs. Now for the good part...I opted for a 60min facial to start my day. Glad I did, Siena gave me the most amazing facial I'd ever had. It was relaxing and she made sure I was comfortable and accommodated without ask. I left feeling and looking amazing with my skin glowing with hydration. Definitely book with her. My massage is currently loading. Will add another review after my appointment. So far people 10/10"
