Testimonials

Rafael Figueroa

"I had a great experience at PT of the City on Allerton Avenue. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. The therapists took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain each exercise, and make sure everything was tailored to my specific needs and goals. The facility is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently, which made scheduling and appointments stress-free. I never felt rushed, and the one-on-one attention really set them apart. I saw noticeable progress in my strength, mobility, and confidence in a relatively short amount of time. If you're looking for a physical therapy office in the Bronx that combines expertise, care, and a supportive environment, I highly recommend PT of the City on Allerton Avenue."

"The moment that you walk into the PT of the City Physical Therapy your experience will be very positive. You are greeted warmly by the front desk. Scheduling appointments is very easy. My experience has only been very professional, supportive, and knowledgeable physical therapists. They all smile, which helps when you are going through the toughest of times. I had a hip surgery a little over a month and they have helped me tremendously. I am able to walk for longer periods, lift my leg which I could not accomplish before the surgery, to even beginning to walk indoors for short distances without a cane. My progress has occurred with all the wonderful work that the therapists helps me to confidently accomplish. Additionally, it is very clean. I would recommend PT of the City Physical Therapy as a calm and positive place to get your Therapy needs after surgery. Every visit has been amazing for me. Thanks to PT of the City for all of their help."

"These PTs know their stuff! I feel welcomed and attended to when I accompany my sister for therapy. They respect your level of pain but they also push you to your potential. The front desk staff is pleasant, especially Anna! The music gets the patients motivated to work. The space is clean and it has elevator access which is important for those with wheelchairs and walking aids."
