"This physician and his staff were some of the most caring and professional people that I've ever dealt with. I was told my CRPS could not be cured only ameliorated. Dr Buck with his skill and knowledge, assured me of a favorable outcome, and this team delivered. I would never hesitate to recommend this super smart doc and his capabilities to anyone suffering from chronic pain. I am so grateful to this awesome group."
"My.Dr Buck is the best, love love him. He has been professional, accurate and caring with my extreme back issues. I highly recommend him. He is thorough and completely honest with his treatment. Also his staff is always very helpful and courteous."
"He did NOTHING for me. At my first & only appointment with him, he told me that "pain meds really aren't my thing." Then why is he a pain management physician??? If he's that unhappy with what he's doing, he should find a different job. One that has nothing to do with helping people & doesn't require any empathy. Terrible doctor!"
"I don't even want to leave one star!!! The nurses and dr asst are fantastic! Great bed side manner and very caring! Dr Buck however is in the wrong profession. Will not help at all, basically said you've suffered for years so you can keep suffering. Referred to psych to talk about pain but I think was his way of saying since chronic pain is invisible it's all in your head. He is no pain dr. A pain dr is supposed to help you get out of pain. Not saying they have to give opioids but should do something to help you so you don't continue to suffer. There's lots of options out there to try that doesn't include pain meds, but when you don't want to try anything to help a patient, you shouldn't call yourself a dr. I've been a caregiver for 20 years and have never met such a horrible dr. His assistants are great and should find a new dr to work under before he turns them bad or ruins their careers. Stay away!!!!"
"Dr. Buck and his staff are completely unprofessional. A nurse lied in my record about when I had stopped my ibuprofen prescription. I was "sedated " for a procedure, never put in a hospital gown, no lead shield covering from fluroscopy for me, everyone else had lead shields on though. My back was not sterilized properly. My procedure was aborted with little explanation but I was to come back in four weeks to try it again??? I don't think so, I will never see that man again."
"Sent to see him for pain MGT. Absolutely the rudest, egotistical doctor I ever felt with. Just short of telling me I was there drug seeking. My spine is deteriorating and i have fibromyalgia. I was 47 yrs old when seen. Didn't give me any pain meds. The third appointment I brought my mother with me like I was 5 yrs old. She kindly put him in his place so he acted civil. When we left we both agreed to NEVER see him again. No help, was told to do pt."
"Dr.Troy Buck is a horrible pain management doctor. Has no compassionate for his patient's n only visit u for less than five mins.to tell you opiods are not good for you.treats you like your a addict n writes false summaries as my summaries have false answered questions he never asked me that he filled in himself.n to top it off he just told me i have severe OA...not too mention my other health issues .when asked what do I do for my pain he shrugs shoulders and walks out room than turns around and say that opiods are not good for you. Gabapentin that's a good pain medicine. Dr writes on my summary...pt calls early for script...he never wrote me a prescription. Dr writes pt shopping doctors..dtk what that means as I was referred to him by my pc..n Dr writes norco user...what that suppose to mean?..this Dr is judgemental n does not care about your well being what's so ever.push u out the door feeling even more confused than when u came to see him in the first place.sad really sad that our health care provider are careless and heartless."
"I think the doctor and his entire seeteam was unbelievably great!! He helped me with an injection in my back and it went well. Another 12 hours and it'll be two days since injection and I'm really feeling good. Believe me he knows how to help."
