They were a little behind schedule but it wasn't crazy. Dr. Gladstein took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and made me feel completely at ease before scheduling it. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking."

"Absolutely unacceptable office management and the way they run things. A complete disregard to people and their time. My appointment was at 10:45am. I arrive at 10:40am, 5min early. I'm told I'll be seen shortly... 2 hours pass. I finally say something and the receptionist keeps repeating "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do about that." Are you kidding me? Once I was seen, the doctor spoke to me for 10minutes. Why did I wait for 2 hours? Why is my appointment at 10:45am but I'm only seen after I start complaining at 12:45pm? Rude, classless, arrogant people. This place is a fake establishment and a joke. A complete waste of half my day. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never recommend anyone here."

"This doctor should not be practicing medicine!!!! I paid a lot of money for an epidural (which, by the way, he never even ran through my insurance which I found out later) and he gave me the incorrect shot in the wrong place. My pain got worse. I had to go to another doctor and have the procedure. This doctor made sure to run it through my insurance. He gave me the epidural in the correct location. I am starting to feel quite a bit better. He also told me that Dr. Gladstein is being investigated and is up on charges!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!"
