I don't even think he looked at my imaging and seemed like since he didn't think I needed surgery there was nothing to do and no reason to see him. Which, fine, great even, but I didn't appreciate his cavalier attitude or his frosted tips."

"My visit with this provider was extremely dismissive. I was repeatedly cut off, with questions minimized or ignored, and the provider frequently asked, "What is the question?" even when I was trying to explain my symptoms. Despite being discharged from PT due to intolerance, he suggested 6-7 hours of work hardening and described the recommendations of my PCP, PT, and other treating providers as "complementary," yet still advised additional EMG testing and evaluation. My statements and concerns were inaccurately documented, minimizing the impact of my condition and leaving me feeling dismissed and unsupported. He never meaningfully reviewed my MRI or test results, assuming I did not understand them, reflecting a lack of cultural awareness. It is concerning that providers like this act as if they can never be wrong."
