"I tore my ACL and saw Kyle, who came highly recommended, and after working with him, I completely understand the praise and cannot recommend him enough! Not only did he help me avoid surgery, but he and Nicole made physical therapy something I looked forward to. I didn't know healing a torn ACL could be so enjoyable! Kyle is so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my knee, which then was reflected in the quick progress I was able to make. I also had the pleasure of getting to work with Nicole and Gabe who are both such a delight and made my exercises fun with their company. There were a few times when I was working with Nicole that I foam rolled a little extra just so I could keep talking to her, which is a big deal because I hate foam rolling. I felt so celebrated and encouraged along each step of recovery. I've already recommended Kyle and the team to another friend who tore her ACL (2025 was a bad year for knees.) Thank you Kyle, Nicole, and the Impact Team. In case Kyle or Nicole see this, "Thank god I tore my ACL!" :)"
"I am, unfortunately, a frequent flyer at PT. I've been to a lot of clinics and I've had the best PT experience ever at Impact. My most recent glute/hamstring issues were very stubborn and I wrote it off as middle aged lady stuff. But after three sessions with Kyle I'm feeling better than I have in 6 months (and there has been plenty of PT in that time that didn't help much). These folks know their stuff."
"I have two shoulder replacements as well as a recent knee replacement. Having a knowledgeable therapist that can tailor I program to my specific needs is very important to me. Paul Thomas is a very good listener, but also did a number of measurements and strength tests to evaluate my deficits and work to help me overcome them as best as possible. I recommend Paul highly!"
"I have been a patient of Paul's for over 10 years, and I still feel incredibly lucky to have found him. I first came to Paul after a shoulder injury that left me with limited range of motion, numbness, and tingling. After trying several other physical therapists without success, Paul was the one who finally helped restore my mobility and get me back to feeling like myself. A few years later, after the combination of a difficult delivery with twins and years of working as an ER nurse, I developed chronic pain. Since then, Paul has helped me navigate everything from pelvic floor pain to migraines to back pain -- truly, you name it and he's an expert at it. He works at Impact Physical Therapy, and the name couldn't be more fitting -- Paul has genuinely impacted my life in more ways than I can count. He's not only exceptional at what he does, but he also truly cares about his patients, their progress, and their well-being. I highly, highly recommend him. Thank you, Paul, for everything you've done for me."
"This is my third rehab facility and I can honestly say that my experience has been the best by far. Kyle is knowledgeable, kind and hard working to get me to my goals. He's the best therapist to rehab my hip injury. I cannot say enough for all that Kyle and Nicole have done for me."
"I'd highly recommend Impact Physical Therapy. Their office is responsive, communicative about insurance policies & costs, and makes scheduling a breeze. The physical therapists themselves are very knowledgeable, skilled in their respective focus areas, and kind/easy to talk to which makes sessions go by faster and more painlessly."
"Happy with the therapy I received for Tennis elbow. The therapists and staff work well as a team. From scheduling to the hands on therapy, I would highly recommend this group. I will include though, a "clinic atmospere" dislike from patients perspective, the door bell tone that announces arriving new patients can be startling to hear for those patients already inside. No other complaints."
"I had a great experience at Impact Physical Therapy with Shannon. I came in with hip and knee pain from running, and she immediately provided clear guidance on warmup drills and workout adjustments. I received manual therapy and dry needling during my first visit, which made a noticeable difference. The service was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the facility was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend."
