And they got me be better. "The billing department does not have their records in order. Why would you send me a letter saying that you've contacted more than 3 times to make a payment and and I have not while I receive a Statement of Account indicating that I have? Very poor customer service. Also, they indicated in person and on their website that they accept my health insurance but that's not true. The therapists were great but my experience has been completely ruined by their billing and customer service."
