Tony's Boxing Gym

"Ran about six miles on treadmill used latter, heavy bag, double end bag, speed bag, ext... Started sparring and a bunch of people started getting real loud, but they wouldn't run hit the bag just yelled when I was sparring. Tony is a good person he was a police officer retired. No problem but you gotta make a choice. People have issues with eyes, that's just him thow are you a eye specialist or something? He's a good person really. I don't always agree when people tell em others how to do combat arts like boxing but they are not sticking to heavy bag work themselves or running the miles you know what I mean. I don't care how old, 50 60 year old hit the heavy bag 2-3 day a week for 3-4 rounds running 2-3 days a week and can spar with the kids because they been doing it for that long. But I don't like it when they or somebody doesn't do all that and trys to tell the youth and intermediate how to train and how to fight and get all loud and distracting when its the single most effective training for completing/sparring.. I had it before taken over social media Messenger "Do you want to spar?" O "yeah." I go there then the person backs out. Really dislike it, not the best and not the worst but not scared to spar ext..... It's good training hate it when people just talk and don't prove it......."
