"****DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE**** They use very young "adults" to process insurance and prescriptions. When the young "adults" make mistakeS and you try to address the issue you have Gabrielle Kallmayer attack you like you are a lesser person. She has a God complex. You are not allowed to respond while she dresses you down. They claim the phone calls were recorded, which made me happy. When I requested that someone else actually listens to them she removed me from the practice. This unfortunately is what patients are forced to deal with when "Doctors" like this have to much authority over you and they know this. Dr. Matsunaga is more to blame because he alows this to go on. SAVE YOURSELF"

"Dr. Matsunaga is really good and seems to be knowledgeable with all the pain management tools available to equip you to deal with your pain. However, the staff that processes the insurance paperwork lacks empathy and the ability file insurance paperwork sufficiently and timely. The only follow through with the insurance waited till I called to check on status of things. The insurance denied my injection because the paperwork was not properly submitted. It took over a month, with much suffering and an obsene amount of pills to finally get approval for an injection. Even then the office was not aware that insurance had approved it before I switched to a new practice. The new practice was snow too get insurance approval within 3 days. I was happy with the doctor but unhappy with them to properly work with the insurance company, which is ashamed."

"Several months ago, I was seen by NP Gabrielle. She was outstanding in her care for me that day. Specifically, she asked me about recent pain experience then turned to my grieving process for my wife and listened carefully. She did not appear to be in any hurry. Her attentiveness touched me deeply!"

"Dr. Matsunaga is a wonderful, caring, compassionate physician. However, appointments with Gabrielle Kallmeyer are distressing. She may mean well, but she has a lot to learn about communication with patients. She is disrespectful, argumentative and dismissive. I will request to see Dr. Matsunaga for subsequent appointments or one of those other staff."

"I just want to tell you how terrific Jordan is!!! I recently had a change in my health insurance and it caused me to have to have all my prescriptions "pre-approved". Jordan was wonderful in her communication with me and my insurance company. She communicated with me and gave me updates as to when the pharmacy was filling my prescriptions. She was very thorough, friendly and just terrific throughout the process! Thank you so much Jordan!"

"This is a pill mill. Be warned. I had 3 major surgeries and was on tramadol when I went to this clinic, I am in my thirties and they increased my opiates to a 50mcg fentanyl patch along with 15mg morphine instant release 4x daily... My urine tests were always clean yet for some reason Mark suspected abuse... yet wouldnt even do the pill count of the extras on the final visit. I had the VA clinitians and an outside Dr vouch and evaluate me for abuse which theybfound none. They found that I was not misusing or abusing yet during the final appointment he called the dr infront of me during my session and called her a fraud directly to her.. he then proceeded to call the VA clinitian "a friend". She has more degrees that he does yet he decided to try and get me to get more counseling... for what medication he prescribed. Even in the visit note he put that he behavior health dr I saw was a fraud. He can expect a review from the state and I caution anyone seeking pain relief from this pill mill"
