"I, Krzysztof Tyburczy had 3 epidural injections done to my lower back in 2021 and one procedure done with dr. James Natalicchio on 09/2022 ALIF- Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion- Dr. James was assisting to the main surgeon. He really took his time to make a diagnosis and explained to me in detail my injury. He was very easy to talk to. Dr. James was pleasant, very knowledgeable, compassionate, and very good listener. He gave me a treatment plan that seemed very tailored to the needs of my particular injury. Excellent sports medicine doctor for lower back pain. He really took his time and answered all my questions. I left the office with relevant materials to help me understand my issue. Overall, an excellent experience. All in all, a great professional I highly recommend!"

"This doctor's office is across from (not in) a medical plaza, which his staff won't tell you when you book and which your GPS will likely take you to. I severely injured my back, was in excruciating pain, and was leaving on a Friday for a 3.5 hour road trip. Even though his office was very far distance from my house, I made an appointment with this doctor for 3pm Wed because it was the only appointment I could get before my trip. I took off from work to attend. I got lost in the maze of the medical center and called his office for directions no answer. When I arrived the staff told me I would need to reschedule. I asked them to explain the situation to the doctor. The nurse did and came out making a face as if she had been yelled at, told her colleague he was overbooked, and told me the doctor said, "No". If I could give this doctor zero stars I would. But it wasn't an option."

"Doctor is very efficient, and responsive to your needs immediately! His personality makes it a pleasure to deal with him, more importantly he solved my problem and gave me the RE-assurance I needed.
