"Farid and his team are exceptional. I have been going here weekly since end of May when I got meniscus root repair surgery at NYU. I wanted to find a therapist in the neighborhood that I could crutch/walk to. My recovery has progressed incredibly well and I attribute that to the incredible knowledge and expertise of Farid (and his team inc Orlando, Eunice). Farid incorporates massage, active stretching, and has remarkable knowledge of a range of dynamic PT exercises. There were times when I was going 3xs/week, doing 5-6 exercises per session and every session incorporated different exercises (plyo, strength, flexibility). Each week we progressed based on how I was doing. He is thoughtful and patient and meets patients where they are but also encourages patients to push to where they can go. His office provides an app with exercises to do at home. The office is clean and professional-and they play great music! Front desk staff (Chanel, Caroline) are attentive, organized and helpful. I'm so grateful for this team and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great physical therapist."
