"A baker's cyst which caused no pain turned into total pain. He seemed to affect the nerve in my knee horribly. Then he took out several loads of fluid. now I AM apparently bone on bone. Very painful; was doing great Yoga and walking well before I went. My life style has completely changed. Very sad. NO help with pain yet. I saw no empathy in this doctor really. Would not go back"

"I would strongly caution anyone considering Dr. Mullen. I repeatedly raised concerns about persistent and worsening pain in my knee, yet Dr. Mullen consistently dismissed them and offered no meaningful plan of care. His complete disregard for my ongoing pain was not only frustrating but negligent. A doctor's role is to listen, to investigate, and to advocate for their patients--not to disregard them. Sadly, Dr. Mullen failed at all three. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking a provider who values their health, comfort, and trust."

"Dr Mullen is awesome! He understands his patients and offer me the best treatment possible. He replaced both of my knees with positive results despite other doctors refusing because of my obesity. His bed side manner is the best I have ever had and I have had over 30 operations in my lifetime."
